If you search VersionTracker.com for 'PGP' and 'GPG' you'll find the latest versions of the following Apps.
PGPKeys: A key manager program for OS X. Very neat and reliable, full GUI but simply calls terminal for creating keys, so you can see what it is doing.
GPG-Mail (or is it PGP-Mail?): This is an interface for Apple Mail that adds a PGP control panel to the mail preferences, PGP encrytpion functions to the Message menu, and icons for dropping onto the button-bar. This is a FANTASTIC program and just what you need. You need to read install instructions though as you'll need to activate Bundles (change a line in mail prefs file) in order to use it.
GPG-Prefs: A preferences pane in system preferences that gives you additional controls over your PGP system. Handy, and well presented.
I hope this helps you!
