| There are several models. I own an Eye TV 200 which I believe is the lowest priced (excpt for the ATI type). The quality of the picture and recordings depend on the preference settings. Have not observed any delay at all.
The recording at the better setting is certainly not low resolution. Try progressive scan as well. You may need to read a bit to learn about the options if you know little about codecs and video options.
