RHarder's point is that he can't use his mac.com email addy to sign onto iChat with, so he has to sign up with AOL.
Rob- Don't take this personally man, I think you're cool. I also totally agree with it's bunk, but you just have to relax and take an objective view at this from Apple's shoes. They were offering a ton of bandwidth for free and probably loosing a ton of money. I don't blame them at all for this move and IMO it was the right thing to do.
However, I do agree with you that they should at least keep the email free, or maybe offer a 15 mb email account alone for $15 a year. That would be more than reasonable I would think.
I dunno what I'm getting into so I'll just stop now.
