I use OmniGraffle every day for flowchart, UML, data structures, SQL mapping, etc. In addition, I use OmniOutliner to write my logical flow for source code, then import it into graffle which automatically generates a flowchart for the logic. I have never found a more powerful combination of tools for software design.
