Hello everyone. I have two nagging problems with Dreamweaver (8.02, Mac OS X 10.4.8).

1. I have blank image icons in DW's file view. (If I double click, they do open correctly in the program that created them.)

2. When I Preview in Browser using Firefox, usually the first time I preview, it shows the file without a problem. Any consequent attempt will give me a "File not found" error. The local URL is:

file:///QCG5HD1/Users/QCG5/Sites/doi/production/footer.htm

I then delete the third "/", hit refresh, and it previews properly.

Any suggestions on correcting these problems?
