| Thanks. I checked the Superduper FAQ and learned that it cannot work without a user being logged on. A workaround seems to be to install/run superduper as root.. but I haven't quit understood how you can log in as root...
But apart from Superduper, my original question still remains and is independent of Superduper:
How can I force the USB disk to get/stay mounted even when I'm not logged in?
