You can use Internet Connection sharing, because that is a feature of the Mac - IE, if you can get your Mac on the Internet, you can use your Phone off it via Wifi - but I presume you are asking the other way. This is actually called Tethering and is a feature offered by most cell phones when a data plan is available, and is often done over bluetooth (for example, I was able to tether my laptop to my old Sony Ericsson via Bluetooth on AT&T). Unfortunately, the iPhone does not currently support tethering - hopefully in the next firmware update they will add that feature. |
