| You should have the uninstall option in your Applications folder within the Adobe Reader Folder?
Alternatively, if you mainly use it just for reading PDF's, PREVIEW is faster and just as effective, allowing you to highlight and copy text!
It would be best to know if you are using CS3 (or another suite) or just a standalone Adobe Reader.
