Hi Henly,
In System Preferences, go to Accounts pane, and delete the user from there. There has to be however at least one user with Admin rights on this Mac, so if the other user isn't an Admin, upgrade its rights first to that level. To delete a user, you must be logged in as another user (and not have the user to be deleted logged in). The detailed steps are at this
