| Have you setup your email service to do IMAP? This is the only way you will be able to get identical email from that ISP service on both machines. A POP3 email account does not naturally keep the message on the server unless your email client allows it to stay on the server (OS X's Mail will do this in the Accounts (for your ISP account)-Advanced tab).
What I seen in Outlook Server 2003 (the office I work in uses this piece of crap) does not leave POP3 email on server after it gets the email (at least in my office).
