| You have a few options. If you're just happy to have a sequence of songs played back-to-back, you could copy-paste the songs together in GarageBand, save that, and bring that into iPhoto.
Or, if you need a little more control, you could simply put the slideshow together without sound, export it to a video file and import that into iMovie, and then add the songs there - that way you'll be able to trim them to start and stop where-ever you like.
