| Try delete the accounts then re-add them. Plus in Mail go the the menu item "Window" and select 'Connect Doctor'. It will help you find out what's going on.
Plus re-index Mail by open /Applications/Utilities/Terminal and paste this command in to re-index Mail: sqlite3 ~/Library/Mail/Envelope\ Index vacuum index; .
It will take a while if you have a large email library.
