The article I linked to contains information about both the Mac OS X "client" updates as well as the Mac OS X Server updates (specifically, the
security issues they address, which is what I deem most important in an update to a "server." You may or may not agree.). Whether an update pertains to the server version or not will be stated above each update like so:

Available for: Mac OS X v10.5 and v10.5.1, Mac OS X Server v10.5 and v10.5.1

I will rephrase as well:

10.5.2 server seems to be pretty stable for me, and I would recommend updating.

For me, 10.5.2
server is indistinguishable from 10.5.1, apart from a few superfluous changes that really don't affect the overall operation of the server in a very measurable amount, and some security updates that aren't noticeable for everyday users. Even though they're mostly "behind-the-scenes" updates, my recommendation to update from 10.5.0 or 10.5.1 to 10.5.2 as soon as possible stands.
