| Desktop icons disappear or flash when clicked
I have one of the new imacs, OS version 10.4.11
When I log off, and then back on. None of my desktop icons work, ie. my Mac HD appears on my desktop but when i click on it, all the icons on my desktop disappear then reappear. same if i click on a folder on my desktop.
If I turn my machine off and on, the problem is resolved, however my machine needs to back up at some point so I need it to be able to log off rather than turn off.
Is there a patch that can sort this? or any suggestions? |
