I assumed they were going to send me their modem in the first place, but when they didn't and I called, I got this idea that I could use the modem I have.
Given how much frustration I 've already had, it would have been better to just get their modem. I just thought there might be a way to make it work with the modem I have. There probably is, but it may not be worth my time to figure it out. |
