Did you run hardware test in loop mode for at least a few hours? (ctrl-l) best left overnight.
I see ATI errors. Could be with the driver, drive, or something else.. graphics card failing, the RAM... If you did an erase and install on your system then we could probably exclude the Mac OS X side of the problem.
Do you get any other errors? Such as any apps quitting unexpectedly, graphical problems etc before this crash?
Which hardware are you using?
