If your Macintosh is Intel-based, you can install Windows either through Boot Camp as a dual-boot setup or you can install Windows in a virtualization program such as Parallels Desktop, VMware Fusion, or VirtualBox. Once you've taken care of that, you can install your Norton Ghost app and manipulate those Ghost files on that hard drive. You would probably have to remove that hard drive from the PC and either use a IDE/SATA-to-USB kit or an external hard drive enclosure connected either through USB or Firewire to your Mac.
