Exe needs Windows or its frameworks.
You could try
Crossover to run the Windows application.
Or
Sheepshaver to emulate OS 9 and run it via there. But you'd need OS 9 discs for that.
Or you could run the Windows version of application via Fusion or Parellels or VirtualBox but those would all require a copy of Windows as well. Crossover is the best bet if it runs on that as it would not need a separate version of Windows.
