First you need a compatible music video file. If you get one from the iTunes music store, then that is perfect. Once you have the videos (if they are not in iTunes already), drag the file into iTunes then get info on the file by pressing Command-I. Once you are there, go to the Options tab, go down to Media Kind and click on the drop down menu then choose Music Video.
Once you have your iPod connected, you can just tell iTunes to sync your entire library or just a playlist (once you label music videos as Music Videos, then it will be put in a smart playlist if you have not deleted it called Music Videos), you can also manually drag them over if your iPod is set for that.
