I recently completed a flash animation and need to transfer it to a VHS format. It needs to be on a VHS because I am sending it as a demo reel to some film studios. I first made a VCD by converting the flash file into a quicktime movie, and then burned it to a CD. When I went from flash to quicktime, the sound was all off, the video was faster and the movie as a whole seemed sped up. There was about a minute of nothing but black at the end of the film, but the sound was still playing. I know that there must be something wrong with the video and audio tracks. When I play the file in Flash, everything is perfect.

I need some help, please.
