| Use the power adaptor on the PowerBook. You are getting a kernel panic. What other devices do you have connected to the book? disconnect those and try.
You can also insert the CD while the computer is running, go to the Startup Disk Panel in System Preferences. See if the CD is listed there. Then select it and then click on restart. |
