| Hmmm... I would recommend against PDA-Cell Phone-Bluetooth all-in-one devices -- sure, they can do three things, but they don't do any of them particularly well.
Hoeabout a separate cell phone, and a Blackberry device? Everyone I know that has a Blackberry loves it, and most have Bluetooth built-in.
I can't vouch for Mac OS X compatibility of the Blackberries, though...
