| I'd still check your RAM, if you can. Swap out what you can and test for kernel panics. If you can test it with different RAM that's even better. That way you can rule that out as a problem.
Also, be sure to take off your USB hub and test that way. I thought Apple had solved that problem, but I don't know for sure.
Finally, do you have Applecare still? If so, be sure to get them to help you diagnose your problem. I know it seems obvious, but some people seem reluctant to go that route. If you have it, put it to use IMHO.
