    Talking What would you buy?

Assuming that Apple releases all of these products at MWSF on Monday, which would you buy in the next 3 months?

Just a thread of silliness, because I believe that no one will be able to predict what Apple's going to release, based on the hype. I admit I got excited over the iWalk, but I've learned from that. As the adage says, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." Let's hope there isn't a third time to even BE a charm.

    you forgot...

    ... one more thing.

Apple will release the iHolodeck base station. It's mainly a holographic projector system with a fitting graphics card. It uses your Mac (a G4 processor is needed because of the AltiVec engine).

In any room smaller than 8m x 8m (that's meters, I can't count in those strange american measurements) you'll get a complete virtual environment. Disney and Playboy have already signed as content providers.

Oh, come now guys. SURELY Apple will release the 3DMac or the PowerPod before they release a $600 iBook, right? I mean we all know how overpriced all of Apple's products are. RIGHT?

the speech thing sounds cool, if only to get the $1000 back. no speech software is going to usurp the ol' keyboard mouse combo for some time yet.
