Question

OSX looks to be a real RAM hog, so is Apple going to put 128MB RAM minimum in the little guys (iBook & iMac) when they start shipping with X? I don't see how Apple could do go with less, but Apple seems to like to give people half the RAM they really need

Right now its beta and it will have a lower ram requirment. Also the beta contains a lot of debug code and that will slow and take ram up. So we will see whats up in the near future for beta updates.
