Making a Mac a server...

HOW!?!

I want to make part of my machine a web and email server. How can I do this in an inexpensive way. I heard I can use the Eudora Server software for the email. Is it best? I am currently using the Apple Personal Web Sharing for my site.

Any ideas or advice would be much appreciated.
