| request- A OS X newsgroup? Id like to see a osX newsgroup created in usenet... its a complicated process.. since osX is a Major OS overhaul, there should be a newsgroup dedicated to it. IMHO.. (sorry for all the posts. got lots on the mind tonight... I should be sleeping). lol I was trying to understand how to get a newsgroup started, the process... very confusing.

| Anyone have any idea how you go about adding a newsgroup? I have the impression it's easier to get groups in the 'alt.' domain, because those are the non-moderated, non-centrally approved ones. I could be up a tree on that one though...

| basically, if a major internet provider adds your nerwsgroup, all other majoprs and minors will automaticaly have it added to there servers. The best approach would be to contact the helpdesk of your isp and see it they want to add it. |
