I don't think so. I think it was time a few weeks ago...

Apple did delay their detailed earnings report (form 10-Q) due to options mis-reporting in the late 90's and early 2000s. More here: http://news.com.com/Apple+delays+SEC...3-6104575.html

I followed the trail further and found that their General Counsel either left or was fired in March of this year, after 9 years of service. Then the CFO (who authorized the post dated options) became interim General Counsel. Kind of like putting the fox in the hen house...
