| While you can currently get the path by Cmd-Clicking the window title on a Finder window, it's nice to have some visual right within the Finder without having to do that. It does look a little clunky to me in this picture...hopefully they can polish it up by the final release.

| It is. While Apple has in the past taken useful features out again before release ("minimize-in-place" in alpha versions of Jaguar, Mac OS X 10.2), I don't expect this to happen with this option. (You have to turn it on AFAIK, it's not "just there".)
