parellel unexpectedly shut down

I have an imac running xp and mac os10.5 and everything was working great until i loaded a printer on the xp side. Now when i go to xp via parellel it looks like it is going to load up but then gives a message that parellel unexpectedly shut down. It opens a window to a. ignore b. relaunch c. ????.

can't remeber the third option, any ideas?
