| Judge Denies TigerDirect's Injunction Request
I think justice has been served, thanyouverymuch. http://www.appleinsider.com/article.php?id=1076 Again, from experience, TigerDirect is a joke of a company. They sell refurbs and other such second-hand items as though they are new. And now with this, this makes it more of a reason to stay FAAAARR away from them.

I guess we will never see late night info commercials on OS X now. TigerDirect looks like they are wasting Apple's time (and the court's time also) now if they keep this lawsuit going. I hope Apple fights them every step of the way. Now one thing did strike me funny. Why did TigerDirect wait until the release OS X Tiger date? It makes me wonder. Conspiracy theory anyone?

TigerDirect had to wait until "Tiger" was announced to the public and it was set in stone that the name would be attached to the software publically.
