I would like to be able to have an mp3 "radio station" set up on my computer that i can listen to while im at work, and i think quicktime streaming server might be the best bet. My question tho, is this: I have a cable modem that is choked on the upload speed to 128kps. Is that enough bandwidth to stream mp3 over the net. Just one stream, not multiple, or would it be a waste of time to go through the trouble of setting up quicktime streaming server.
Anybody have any experience with streaming server?
Thanks in advance.

I would also like to do this so that I can listen to my songs from work without bothering with burning boatloads of CDs or using an external HD.
Does anyone know the upstream limit for RoadRunner?
