Steve didn't mention it but it is on Apple's new Jaguar website....http://www.apple.com/macosx/jaguar/quartzextreme.html

Also, take notice that QE now will work with video cards with 16 MB VRAM.

Quartz Extreme has ALWAYS worked with 16MB video cards. Apple just changed the wording from "recommends 32MB" to "requires 16MB."

I think it also requires an at least X2 AGP slot and card.
