Not Enough Memory For Opening Windows

I keep getting a message that there is not enough memory to open another window in the browser yet I have no other windows open and I have emptied the cache. do I need to reconfigure somthing???

In OS9 you manage your own application memory. Do a "get info" on
your browser (when it isn't running), select the memory tab, and give
it more space to play.

Lots more space.

Just be sure not to overdue the amount of memory for the application, otherwise you'll end up with no memory for anything else. :p

This is one of the things I hated about Classic, and I have used the Mac for years. Thankfully this is all managed by OS X automagically.
