The Undying Installation problem

When i try to install The undying it installs abot 4 of the 9 items needed to complete then just freezes. if anyone could help me out it would be appreciated

...and it's NOT crashed (although it appears to be)... give it awhile... clean the house a bit or something and let it do it's thing...
