i just replaced my hard drive due to mine crashing. after doing so i can not get the unit to boot to my install disc. the disc spins up and sounds as if it is going to boot, but on the screen i dont get the option. all i get is the refresh button and the next arrow on the boot select screen. i know the disc is good, and ive tried multiple discs. if anyone has any idea what is going on please please post a.s.a.p. thanks in advance.

How did you jumper the new hard drive?

i left it set as master. which on this new drive is no jumper at all.
