IPOD doen't appear!!! IBOOK G4

Hi!!!!

Please help me, a connect the IPOD Shuffle in to the IBOOK USB port and the IPOD appears for a few seconds, then iTunes takes over an dthe iShuffle disapears from the Finder window. It is still recognized by iTunes, but I can not use it to transfer data files.

Select your iPod in iTunes, right click (or control click) it and go to iPod Options. Then select Enable disk use.

I believe there's an option in iTunes to prevent the iPod from automatically being loaded into iTunes. Once you're set it to not load it automatically, it should show up on the desktop once you plug the iPod back in.

Nevermind, you beat me to it. And the answer was better. :p
