Software Update

The school I am doing some work for is having problems connecting to software update. Our problem is that when our network authenticates sometimes we can use the update but most the time we can't, I am looking for the site and/or port that software update tries to connect to so we can just open that site on our proxie and totally unblock it?

Software Update uses port 80.

Would you by chance know what site it tries connecting to because we can't just open port 80 on the computers since we dont want access to all http sites port.

The URL is this http://swscan.apple.com it goes there and then on down in to a folder. Hope that helps.
