thanks for the votes, I did pick up the MS keyboard yesterday just to give it a try, I have to admit it works very well and I cant say I have found any real problems with in, but the keys seem a bit rough and loud...
I think the Logitech is a better quality keyboard, the only thing I find frazling about the Logitech is it only comes in white, and that is something I just dont understand really ???

as much as i disslike ms, you can't go wrong with most of their hardware. i havee never had any problems with their mice and keyboards. i have wired ones, and love them.

I've long since given up on Logitech. I think most of their stuff is crap. I grabbed a MS keyboard and I love it!

As far as wireless optical, I can't stand them. The mouse isn't as accurate and gets "jittery" far too often. Perhaps the laser ones are better. But for my buck, I prefer the Kensington Turbo Mouse Pro (wired). HIGHLY accurate and comfortable to use.
