[FIXED] Question in beta site but not in running site

I have a question that is showing in the Active Questions in beta that is not showing on my ticket list or the active questions list in the running site.

We lost about 10 hours worth of tickets and status a day or two ago, I posted something on this. However, responses would still be intact. If you responded to a question but its still in OPEN status, it just didn't get assigned to you.

Send me a list of tickets that need to be assigned to you and I can updated it.
