View Full Version : [FIXED] Ticket not showing in my list

I have a question that I responded to on 8/6 that does not show on my list, but I did get an email notification that the user responded.
I used the link in the email to get to the ticket and it only allowed me to submit a private comment.

It seems that a few of my tickets did not get on my list on the 6th.

Hmmn, not sure. I answered this question: http://macosx.com/tech-support/ibooks-g3-g4-use-same-dsl-wep-code/27505.html but it vanished from my list. I found it via 'active questions', and did get the email notification and so used that to try and close it. Now it says 'expired' in the active questions queue. On the Question status panel o the right it al;so says status User Input Needed despite me having closed the ticket, or tried to.
That said, i really like the new look and once its bugfixed i think the site will be pretty awesome.
