In feedback, the three questions are not showing the users answers. The first one I thought was the user just not answering, but the second one came in without answers, also.
I also stopped getting email notification when a feedback was submitted to one of my tickets.
I realize that you might be still working on this part of the site, but wanted to let you know in case you aren't. :)
