[FIXED] Volunteer Page/My tickets - can't go to page 2

It seems that My Tickets page is stuck on Page one. Each time I click on another page number, it just loads page one, but the url shows a different page number.

I also have a strange listing at the very top of the list (see thumbnail)

That strange item at the top is the last ticket I answered. But I can not access it, and the link to the ticket will not show up correctly until I answer another ticket.
