it's EarthDesk (http://www.xericdesign.com/earthdesk.php), with a weird licence that makes it free, but disables the clouds

And you're listening to Xen Cuts, awesome! I was a huge ninja tune fan or many years, though these days I only really buy Cinematic Orchestra albums.

EarthDesk looks fun though!
