Is that green apple or thing on the desk just decoration or part of the setup? I saw a casemod for a mac mini + a few extra mac mini sized hard drives in a thing that looked like your thing there and would be about the same size as well.

Hi there. No, that green apple on the desk next to the iMac is actually just a lamp. I got it from a novelty gift shop (not an Apple hardware store). They come in that size and another size about two-thirds the size of mine. They come in green, red and yellow. The smaller ones have a touch sensitive base that changes brightness by tapping on it. Very funky. My partner bought it for me just because it went well with the mac:)
