Okay, can anyone suggest reasonable last-minute gifts for a MacBook owning wife? Does not necessarily have to be Mac-oriented. She likes:

1. gardening
2. Hungarian cooking
3. garage sales

The best gifts we have given her were a Optio digital camera, MacBook, MacBook daisy cover, ...

Thanks for any reasonable suggestions.

P.S. She works a 13 hour ER shift so we were looking at massage products and devices. Any recommendations?

Jewelery is usually a good option, provided you can match your wife's tastes fairly well. As for massage products/devices, in my experience they don't get used very often and end up in some forgotten corner. A day at a relaxation spa might be a better option.

My wife loves jewelry, but I thought I'd surprise her this Xmas by buying her a new iron instead. She didn't seem overly impressed.

You know a visit to ER on Xmas Day isn't much fun, especially when the on-call proctologist misses his turkey dinner.

No, the iron.

Ouch. Did it have one of those Easy Glide surfaces?
