i have bought a new computer. however, i have lost the disk to my ipod nano. how can i upload it to my computer without it?

We need more information. What are you trying to do? You don't need a disk to be able to use your nano with your computer. Do you have iTunes installed? If so, that is all you need. Please help us help you by giving more information.
