i have a problem with my volume my friend lucked my volume and now i can't hear anything what should i do?

my ipod volume limite has been locked and i can't listen to music or anything because the volume limite has been locked and i would like to unluck it what are the best possible ways in which i could do this?

Doing a software restore on the iPod should fix the problem.

Then set a password on the iPod to keep it from happening again.
