How does the new 20" iMac (2.66 GHz) compare to the previous 20" model (2.4 GHz)? The new model is more expensive where I am.

Will the new graphic card make any difference (I hear that Snow Leopard will take advantage of better graphic cards, possibly making the whole computer faster or something).
Anything else that will make the new model more attractive to the average user?

Certainly. It also has twice the default RAM and the bigger harddrive. Basically, you get the earlier _faster_ 20" model for the price of the entry-level model. (It's stayed the same price here.) Plus the graphics. You've already mentioned that the better graphics card will be more important with Snow Leopard.

There's also the theoretical advantage of moving to 6 or 8 GB of RAM.
