My nano G3 won't get the music from my itunes. Anything?
(P.S. I'm super young and have no knowledge of computers. Well, a little.)

Does your Mac recognize the iPod (does it show up on the Desktop)? Does it show up in iTunes? Does the iPod say it is connected to a computer?

My mac doesn't recognized the iPod. It says that it's an invalid thing and it needs to be ejected. My iPod doesn't show up in itunes either.

Have you ever used this nano before successfully, or is it new?

I used it on another computer and it worked just fine. Whenever I try with mine, it won't recognize my iPod at all.

On the last computer that you plugged it into, was it a Windows PC? If so, then that might be the reason. The Macs want to work with an iPod that's formatted HFS, while the Windows PCs want to work with one that's formatted FAT32 (like most USB flash drives are).

Yeah, it was. So does that mean I can't use it on my mac?

You can, but you would have to let the Mac format it in the format that it understands (HFS).
I think there might be a tutorial in the HOWTO & FAQs section that tells you how to move the iTunes Library from one machine to another. It should work even from a PC to the Mac. Take a look in there and let us know if you find it and if so, if it works.
